bonfires, match figures and speedbumps.

It has been a fairly busy last few days. After we arrived home from Mexico City yesterday we went almost straight into a campfire/movie time. It started off with just some hanging out and watching the rain come down. But, finally we had a great campfire with worship songs, marshmallows and hot dogs... it was all pretty much in the street! Sometimes things still amaze me! =)

During the rain time a couple of us went over and learned how to make stick people (see pic below!).

Today, we spent the morning painting the speed bumps in Jesus Maria. During that time we also handed out flyers for the worship night and the next set of community center classes. We learned this is the way to hand out flyers! We handed out around 400! I pray some of those people start coming to classes!

Of course, we are handing out flyers during an election time... so a few times we were asked what political party we are handing out flyers for... The Jesus Party? Vote for Sendero de Vida!? haha

I absolutely love how the youth group LOVE serving their community!
